Missions
All our shipments are made the next working day from the day of your order as long as the product is in stock. In case of an error in the stock the company does not bear any responsibility and you will be informed by phone for cancellation or change. The cost of transport is set at ..... € for shipments within Greece and .... € for shipments to Cyprus.
Changes - Returns
Changes are accepted only within 14 days of your receipt and if the product has not been used or removed from its packaging.
In case of a defective product, a refund or exchange with another product is made.
In case of refund, the money corresponding to the transfer, cash on delivery or bank charges will not be refunded.
Payment methods
Payment by Card (No additional cost) with all cards through the Eurobank Payments system
Payment by deposit in the Bank (bank charges are borne by the customer)
Refunds are always made on the third ten days of each month and only if you have sent back the products with the document (receipt or invoice)
